Housekeeper / Maintenance Worker

Description:
Do you have high cleaning standards, enjoy decorating and have plumbing or electrical experience?

If the answer is 'yes', you're the one we are looking for!

Mainly based in Hanley, your main tasks will be:

  • to carry out the cleaning and general maintenance of the offices and residents' communal areas.
  • the cleaning / decorating / preparing of empty properties, ready for new tenants.
  • maintaining the gardens
  • ensuring the Health and Safety of the building, including; fire safety checks and the PAT Testing of electrical items.

You will value diversity and be considerate of our residents' circumstances. You will enjoy working in a small team, in a bus and varied environment.

Additional hours may be required to cover annual leave, sickness and for busy periods.

A current, full driving licence and access to a vehicle, covered by business insurance is essential.

Salary: £13,534.83 per annum

Hours of Work:
28 Hours, Monday to Friday.

Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 1:30pm at Catherine Court.
Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm at Rothesay Court.
