Despite the challenging weather, there has been good progress with the refurbishment of our outside communal and play area which is now into its third week. The dividing wall and tree have gone opening up the space and the paved section is being re-laid. Then the remaining surface needs to be prepared ready for the new equipment before finally the safe surface is laid around it. Still on schedule to finish by mid-June ready for the summer and, hopefully, the end of all covid restrictions!
