Former Stoke goalkeeper, currently at AFC Bournemouth, Asmir Begovic and seven other endorsees of his goalkeeper glove brand, AB1GK, wore special edition gloves over the Mother’s Day weekend, to raise awareness and funds for two truly incredible charities. The gloves are beautifully embroidered with a pink pattern finish and proudly feature the words ‘Mother’s Day 14th March 2021’. All of these match worn gloves have been individually signed by their respective goal keepers and are now up for auction with the proceeds being split between The Gingerbread Centre and the Asmir Begovic Foundation, which works to encourage young people in the UK and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Asmir’s country of birth, to get active and lead healthy lifestyles.
